Bungalow Homes
Our Bungalow village features single-family homes ranging from 1150 to approximately 2000 square feet. Situated on quaint low maintenance lots, these homes are ideal for those desiring single-family living with little required yard work. All of our homes will have a garage…. Either detached or attached. Every Bungalow plan will have porch areas overlooking green spaces, the golf course or ponds. Another perk of the Bungalows villages are the community clubhouses for neighborhood gatherings.

Our many custom home plans include houses from around 1800 to 4000 square feet. These homes were designed for Taylor's Meadow, the Reserves and other new sections of single family lots that will be opening up very soon for purchase.

Our Cove Patio Homes are actually free standing condominiums which offer the ultimate in easy living. There are two and three bedroom floor plans to choose from all with their own attached garage. Make sure to take a look at our custom backyard packages. You can upgrade your backyard to include items like a gourmet grill center or hot tub package.

Fairway Villas
The Fairway Villas continue the Beaufort architectural theme along with high quality construction. These stylish three-story structures will feature single floor living with each unit having their own private garage and generous storage unit to hold all those items you can never find a place to stow. Available in two or three bedroom floor plans, you may choose to make the third bedroom a relaxing den, home office, exercise/yoga room, study or computer room.
